SR-GaN™ is the epiwafer structure for horizontal devices, to which the SADA technology is applied to secure high quality without degrading the productivity of epiwafers and can attain the price competitiveness of GaN epiwafers that make up ~40% of the GaN power devices. The cost/quality competitiveness secured through SR-GaN will allow GaN power devices to continuously lead the market.
