Multiple epitaxial layers are formed inside epiwafers to operate devices in which atomic layers are accurately arranged and grown in each epitaxial layer. Hence, during epiwafer growth, the orientation of these atomic layers and the method used to grow them are critical. IVWorks use in-house production technology to provide unique and innovative epiwafer services.
Beyond the simple production automation, we implement our own IVW Intelligence factory. SINGLE EPITAXY FACILITY
We carry out our entire manufacturing process within a single epitaxy facility (single crystal growth equipment). We are responsible for the epitaxy processes, inspection, and shipping of our products.
